Description

Provide hands-on technical support and hardware maintenance in the field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as required.
• Identify product failures, order necessary replacement parts, and conduct repairs.
• Manage user account information, including security, rights, and system groups.
• Train employees on systems and recommend products or services that meet customer needs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in field service or a related technical area.
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware.
• Experience maintaining computer peripherals and related systems.
• Knowledge of standard technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage user access and security groups.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent experience.
