Description

You will install gas monitors and associated equipment at domestic and international customer sites, troubleshooting electronics and repairing displays and sensor assemblies. You will train end users on technical aspects of gas monitors both onsite and over the phone, managing installation travel schedules and submitting related paperwork and expense reports. You will manage multiple installation projects simultaneously while maintaining a desire to be cross-trained in product assembly and customer technical support.

Responsibilities

• Install gas monitors and associated equipment at domestic and international customer locations.
• Train end users on technical aspects of gas monitors both onsite and over the phone.
• Troubleshoot electronics and repair displays and sensor assemblies.
• Manage installation travel schedules and submit travel paperwork and expense reports.
• Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field service or installation.
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel via driving or flying to customer sites.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Desire to be cross-trained in product assembly and customer technical support.
