Description

You will install gas monitors and associated equipment at customer sites, troubleshooting electronics and repairing displays and sensor assemblies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install gas monitors and associated equipment at domestic and international customer locations.
• Troubleshoot electronics and repair displays and sensor assemblies.
• Train end users on technical aspects of gas monitors both onsite and over the phone.
• Manage installation travel schedules and submit related paperwork and expense reports.
• Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field service or installation.
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel via driving or flying to customer sites.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Desire to be cross-trained in product assembly and customer technical support.
