Description

You will provide technical maintenance, repairs, and installation services for ATMs, retail POS equipment, and Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs and maintenance on ATMs, including card readers, printers, and device testing.
• Execute basic installation tasks such as mounting devices, pulling cables, and installing locks.
• Resolve technical issues including paper, card, and bill jams.
• Manage service calls by prioritizing tasks, contacting customers with ETAs, and maintaining parts inventory.
• Inspect equipment for correct operation and escalate complex issues according to established procedures.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters around equipment.
• Proficiency with computers and consumer communication devices like smartphones.
• Experience with test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, and installing hardware.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets fleet requirements.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to job sites for the first 90 days.
• Capacity to work in various settings, including retail environments and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, second shifts, or participate in an on-call rotation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check, including drug screening.

Preferred Skills

• Prior service or electro-mechanical repair experience.
