Description

Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations for ATMs, retail POS systems, and EV charging stations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on ATMs, including card readers, printers, and device testing.
• Install hardware by mounting devices, pulling cables, and installing locks at customer sites.
• Resolve technical issues such as paper jams, card jams, and bill jams.
• Manage service calls by prioritizing tasks, communicating ETAs to customers, and maintaining parts inventory.
• Inspect equipment for correct operation and escalate complex issues according to established procedures.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters around equipment.
• Proficiency with test equipment, pulling cables, and mounting devices.
• Experience installing hardware and using consumer communication devices like smartphones.
• Valid driver's license with a record meeting fleet requirements.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to job sites for the first 90 days.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, second shifts, or participate in an on-call rotation.
• Capacity to work in various settings, including retail environments and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Prior service or electro-mechanical repair experience.
