Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware and software maintenance.
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex computer systems.
• Experience repairing computer hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of user account management and security group administration.
• Ability to document system upgrades and hardware replacements.
• Experience identifying product failures and managing part replacement cycles.
