Provide hardware, software, and printer support to users while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and application software including Windows 10, Windows 11, MS Office 365, anti-virus, and encryption software.
Administer Active Directory accounts and perform general IT technical support and documentation.
Manage hardware lifecycles by receiving, inventorying, installing, and processing surplus equipment.
Participate in projects involving testing, hardware rollouts, moves, and upgrades.
Analyze technical problems, determine hardware/software requirements, and escalate issues to ensure successful resolution.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical support or field services.
Strong working knowledge of the Windows operating system.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of system imaging utilities such as SCCM/MECM OSD.
Experience with desktop, laptop, tablet, and peripheral device support.
Ability to perform user and system requirements gathering and analysis.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to apply logic to analyze technology solutions.
