Description

You will provide on-site technical support and hardware installation across multiple locations in Oklahoma City.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Visit user desks to perform phone installations and cabling tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic user issues and hardware connectivity problems.
• Translate user requirements into clear technical reports for the backend support team.
• Travel between cities as required to meet service demands.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field services.
• Hands-on experience with cabling and phone installation.
• Practical knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and user issues.
• Understanding of IP addressing, Hostnames, and DHCP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows components and networking basics.
• Knowledge of PSTN concepts including TFN, DID, and ANI.
• Ability to work directly with users in an office environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with remote diagnostic tools.
