Description

You will provide onsite technical support and equipment maintenance across designated locations in Portland, ME.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and printers.
• Lead installation activities within your assigned area while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures at onsite locations.
• Respond to emergency service requests on short notice.
• Travel to various sites within a two-hour driving distance from your home base.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in field support or technical support.
• Hands-on experience repairing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware.
• Proficiency in managing mobile devices, tablets, and printers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology fundamentals and concepts.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work a 7 AM to 4 PM shift.
