Description

You will provide onsite technical support and end-user assistance to maintain local site operations in Chicago, IL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related software.
• Execute break-fix tasks, desk-side support, IMACDs, data migrations, and hardware refreshes.
• Manage the ticket queue to ensure resolution within defined service level agreements.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty repairs and replacements.
• Perform security and compliance tasks including access reviews, risk assessments, and facility inspections.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in end-user support.
• Hands-on experience with configuration changes.
• Proficiency in break fix and desk side support.
• Experience performing IMACDs and data migration.
• Ability to manage software installations and onsite updates.
• Experience coordinating with Level 3 support groups and project teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Support onsite or off-site events through site setup and AV coordination.
• Provide disaster recovery support and participate in an on-call rotation.
