Description

You will maintain and repair medical equipment while managing on-site customer relationships and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive site visits and provide documented updates regarding asset status.
• Troubleshoot bio-medical devices and related technical hardware to resolve issues.
• Execute preventative maintenance, installations, and equipment planning evaluations.
• Manage company assets and administrative duties including timesheets and service work orders.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and socialize best practices across staff.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot bio-medical devices and related technical hardware.
• Experience with technical support and workload prioritization.
• Proficiency in managing expense reports and service documentation.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clinicians, management, and consulting staff.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to adhere to State and Federal regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills

• Associate Degree in Applied Science or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree.
