Description

You will own the implementation and maintenance of the Salesforce Field Service ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and gather functional and technical requirements.
• Design, build, deliver, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Support users through organizational change.
• Provide technical documentation and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service.
• Experience in designing technical solutions.
• Ability to provide technical support.
• Any graduate degree.
