Description

You will provide on-site technical and operational support to intelligence units at Fort Meade, bridging the gap between engineering products and field analysts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases for operational tools.
• Embed with high-impact units to assess operational and technical requirements.
• Provide desk-side and classroom training to analysts and operators.
• Staff the Help Desk, responding to user requests and coordinating with engineering.
• Provide feedback to the engineering team based on direct product interaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
• Working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java.
• Experience with hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Experience training analysts in a classroom or field setting.
• Experience with Gotham.

Preferred Skills

• Gaia or Foundry experience.
• Military or Special Operations experience.
