Description

This role involves supporting analysts by troubleshooting technical issues and driving operational use cases.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases.
• Embed with high-impact units to understand operational and technical needs.
• Provide desk-side and classroom training to analysts and operators.
• Staff the Help Desk, responding to user requests and liaising with engineering.
• Provide feedback to the engineering team based on product usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
• 3+ years fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
• Prior experience with Gotham.
• Working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java.
• Knowledge of hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Experience training analysts in a classroom or field setting.

Preferred Skills

• Gaia or Foundry experience.
• Military or Special Operations experience.
