Description

You will function as a Field Support Analyst, collaborating with analysts to train and mentor users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases.
• Embed with high-impact units to understand operational and technical needs.
• Facilitate collaboration across the global enterprise.
• Provide desk-side and classroom training to analysts and operators.
• Staff the Help Desk, responding to user requests and working with engineering on troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
• 3+ years fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Prior experience with Gotham (required).
• Working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java.
• Experience with hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Experience training analysts in a classroom or field setting.
• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance (Required).
• Any Graduate degree.
