Description

You will provide on-site IT support and network troubleshooting for Windows environments and Cisco infrastructure, often traveling for event support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform Windows 10/11 OS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot IP networks and Cisco equipment.
• Operate UHF tactical radios and interoperability equipment.
• Document issues and maintain reporting practices.
• Travel CONUS or OCONUS for event support.

Required Skills

• Security+ or CISSP Certification.
• Microsoft OS Certification (or FedVTE/Gov Microsoft OS Certificate).
• 5+ years of IT troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 configuration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Network+ or similar network certifications.
• Understanding of NSITE software.
• Experience with Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) or Joint Range Extension (JRE).
