Description

You will provide onsite technical support for film studios, facilities, and client locations across London and internationally. You manage technical workflows and infrastructure during production, ensuring hardware and networking stability in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to film studio and client sites as project requirements dictate.
• Manage technical workflows and infrastructure on location during production.
• Maintain hardware and networking stability in high-pressure production settings.
• Support film and production technologies within studio and field environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production or field support roles.
• Server and Storage Administration.
• IP Networking.
• Aspera, Teradek, and Qteck technologies.
• VFX workflow knowledge.
• Film and production technologies.
• iOS and macOS proficiency.
• Valid UK driver's license and access to a car for 90% travel.
• Ability to travel internationally for projects.

Preferred Skills

• Zoom Administration.
• Final Cut Pro.
