Description

You will provide helpdesk technical support and serve as the first point of contact for inbound service requests regarding PC, Apple, and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user technical issues and document all steps through to resolution.
• Support client workstations, including video cards and drivers, as well as printers and peripheral equipment.
• Manage the ticket queue, ensuring all notes, statuses, and time entries are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Own and escalate issues while meeting individual and team SLA targets.
• Communicate proactively with clients and colleagues to improve operational effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Field Support experience.
• Foundational networking knowledge, including IP Addressing, DHCP, and DNS.
• Ability to travel to client clinics within a 60-mile radius.
• Experience troubleshooting PC and Apple hardware.
• Proficiency in managing peripheral equipment and USB devices.
• Strong documentation and multitasking abilities.
• Degree in any field.
