Description

You will provide technical support for marine and shipbuilding projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer meetings and technical correspondence to resolve queries and provide project updates.
• Support Virtual Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with OEMs to verify system functionality.
• Assist shipbuilders with installations and troubleshoot technical issues prior to OEM arrival.
• Collaborate with OEM Field Service Engineers during Set to Work (STW) activities.
• Conduct Pre-Site Acceptance Testing (pre-SAT) and lead Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at shipyards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in field engineering or marine systems.
• Hands-on experience with Marine Systems and Shipbuilding environments.
• Practical knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Experience managing Set to Work (STW) processes and equipment commissioning.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time under field conditions.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing between customers, shipbuilders, and OEMs.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel for on-site support.
