Description

You will provide on-site technical support for assigned school locations, managing hardware, software, and network connectivity to ensure operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and wireless network issues reported via support tickets.
• Maintain computer labs, Chrome carts, interactive whiteboards, digital signage, and projectors.
• Deploy OS updates and patches across Apple, Chromebook, and Windows devices.
• Manage asset assignments within Nimbus and Incident IQ and maintain MDF/IDF closets.
• Coordinate with Level 3 support and onsite vendors to resolve complex technical escalations.
• Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ticketing system for audit purposes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in desk side support.
• A+ Certification.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure and wireless support.
• Ability to install and configure printing devices and hardware like Kronos clocks.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Windows certification.
• ITIL experience or certification.
