Description

You will provide on-site technical support and hardware maintenance for judicial staff and local government officials. You own the lifecycle of technical deployments from installation to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain personal computer systems, peripherals, and telecommunications equipment.
• Troubleshoot LAN hardware and software, including file servers, routers, switches, and voice gateways.
• Support large-scale technology deployments, including statewide software updates and server upgrades.
• Facilitate the physical relocation of judicial facilities and office locations.
• Provide technical training to staff and assist vendors with incident resolution.

Required Skills

• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2012/2016.
• Proficiency with Cisco infrastructure including routers, switches, voice gateways, AMP, and ISE.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and BitLocker.
• Knowledge of Ethernet topology design and implementation.
• Ability to use PowerShell for technical tasks.
• Experience managing peripherals such as printers, scanners, and audio-video equipment.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle electrical components with caution.
• Must reside within a 20-mile radius of the duty station.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Adobe Professional, and TN3270.
