You will provide foundational technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with infrastructure projects, assignments, and routine operational tasks.
• Perform basic monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve infrastructure challenges and daily operational needs.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical infrastructure documentation.
• Follow established best practices and standards for service delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Experience or familiarity with Google Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
