Description

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and onsite technical support for high-stress environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Read and redline electrical prints and mechanical drawings.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems onsite.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace while working independently or in a team.
• Provide customer service during onsite assignments.
• Travel internationally as required using a valid passport.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical field role.
• Proficiency with mechanical tools: wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, hammers, and crowbars.
• Proficiency with electrical tools: multimeters, wire strippers, ferrule crimpers, and signal generators.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer programs.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD Electrical experience.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC software.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, CIP, sanitation processes, or food-safe materials.
