Description

You will provide technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks in Durham, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide foundational technical support for infrastructure services.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and perform routine troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve daily operational tasks.
• Support infrastructure projects and assignments as required.
• Maintain and update infrastructure documentation.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Experience with Servers, Storage, and Networks.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Mainframe systems.
• Familiarity with Public Clouds, Private Clouds, and Datacenter Technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Exposure to SAP Basis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate.
