Description

Provide on-site desktop, laptop, tablet, and peripheral support for end users across Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware and desktop software.
• Manage users, groups, and computers within Microsoft Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and Google Apps for Government.
• Assist users with mobile device setup, including iPads, iPhones, and Windows tablets.
• Perform systems maintenance and coordinate computer system installations for compatibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Office 365.
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory.
• Ability to support and maintain servers, workstations, and software.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software, including Anti-Virus.
• Capability to provide technical leadership and expert-level escalation.
• Willingness to travel to field offices using your own transportation.
• Capability to learn and support MAC systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Apps for Government.
