Description

You will perform technical field operations involving DSL, VDSL, and fiber optic infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain DSL, VDSL, and fiber optic connections.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on-site.
• Execute technical tasks as a Network Technician in the field.
• Ensure service quality through rigorous field testing and verification.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in field technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with DSL and VDSL technologies.
• Experience working with fiber optic infrastructure.
• Proven background as a Network Technician.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
• Experience in residential or small business deployments.
