Description

You will conduct mobile device field testing and issue investigation for cellular technologies in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute field testing on 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Perform log analysis and debug UE issues.
• Investigate technical issues and represent findings to clients.
• Generate and send daily testing reports.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in smartphone field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specs for 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Hands-on experience with Android and Apple products, including iPhones, Apple Watches, and Mac.
• Proficiency with logging tools: QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
• Experience with carrier certification for US operators (Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
