Description

Conduct mobile device field testing, log analysis, and carrier certification to ensure network compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on mobile devices and submit daily reports to clients.
• Investigate, debug, and analyze UE issues using log analysis tools.
• Represent technical issues through detailed investigation and reporting.
• Execute testing protocols for carrier certification requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in smartphone field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience operating Android and Apple products, including iPhones, Apple Watches, and Macs.
• Proficiency with logging and debugging tools: QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
• Experience with carrier certification for US operators such as Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
