Description

You will execute mobile device field testing and issue investigation for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on mobile devices and submit daily reports to clients.
• Investigate, debug, and analyze UE issues through log analysis.
• Represent technical issues and findings during the investigation process.
• Execute carrier certification testing for US operators including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in smartphone field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Hands-on experience operating Android and Apple products (iPhone, Watch, Mac).
• Proficiency with logging and debugging tools: QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
• Experience in log analysis and debugging UE-side issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting.
