Description

You will execute and lead the deployment of communication system solutions according to customer and operator needs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, commission, test, and troubleshoot systems on-site.
• Conduct technical implementation assessments with end users and project teams.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues during implementation, tracking resolution.
• Perform on-site acceptance testing and coordinate technical validation activities.
• Attend customer meetings, provide status updates, and coordinate integration of third-party solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Field Service or Technical Support within Telecom/IP Transport Networks.
• Strong knowledge of IP Networks (Switches, Routers, Firewalls).
• Familiarity with Operating Systems & Virtualization, specifically Unix/Linux and Windows.
• Hands-on field skills including wiring, soldering, and physical installation.
• Understanding of RF systems (Base Station TX/RX, Mobile/Portable Radio, RF test equipment).
• Experience with VMware virtualization.
• Fluent in English and possessing Polish citizenship.
