Description

You will deploy, test, and troubleshoot communication system solutions on-site to meet customer and operator requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, commission, and test systems in the field.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and track resolutions.
• Conduct technical implementation assessments with end users and project teams.
• Perform on-site acceptance testing and coordinate technical validation.
• Attend customer meetings and coordinate third-party integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Field Service or Technical Support for Telecom/IP Transport Networks.
• Strong knowledge of IP Networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Hands-on field skills: wiring, soldering, and physical installation.
• Understanding of RF systems (Base Station TX/RX, Mobile/Portable Radio, RF test equipment).
• Experience with VMware virtualization.
• Fluency in English and Polish citizenship.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Operating Systems & Virtualization (Unix/Linux and Windows).
