You will evaluate and optimize the performance of networks, devices, or systems in real-world conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field tests and drive tests to assess mobile network or automotive system reliability.
• Utilize specialized test equipment and tools to collect, analyze, and document measurements.
• Troubleshoot issues encountered during field testing and report defects to cross-functional teams.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing test results, findings, and recommendations for system improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and encountered issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field testing or drive testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience as a Test Engineer.
• Proficiency with testing tools and equipment used in the telecommunications or automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven optimization.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel to different locations.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with network engineers and software developers.
