Description

You will conduct mobile device field testing and issue investigation for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on Android and Apple products including smartphones and smartwatches.
• Investigate and debug UE issues using log analysis.
• Generate and send daily testing reports to the client.
• Represent technical findings during issue investigation processes.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in mobile device field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specs for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience operating Android and Apple ecosystems (iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac).
• Experience with carrier certification for US operators such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
• Proficiency in log analysis and debugging UE issues.
• Working knowledge of logging tools including QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
• Any Graduate degree.
