Description

Conduct mobile device field testing and investigate issues for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Perform field testing on Android and Apple products, including smartphones and smartwatches. Investigate and debug User Equipment (UE) issues using log analysis. Generate and send daily testing reports to the client. Represent technical findings during issue investigation processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in mobile device field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specs for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience operating Android and Apple ecosystems (iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac).
• Experience with carrier certification for US operators (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
• Proficiency in log analysis and debugging UE issues.
• Working knowledge of QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
