Description

You will manage and support file transfer operations using Sterling File Gateway and IBM technologies, ensuring seamless data movement and environment stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Sterling Integrator environments.
• Manage IBM Connect:Direct operations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Create and maintain business processes for seamless data movement.
• Handle product support tasks and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in file transfer management.
• Hands-on experience with Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
• Proficiency with Sterling Integrator.
• Experience using IBM Connect:Direct.
• Strong command of Unix/Linux systems.
• Working knowledge of SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, and S3 protocols.
• Experience in product support roles.
• Practical knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) processes.
