Description

Administer FileCloud environments, manage AWS infrastructure including VDI, and ensure security and compliance across cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support FileCloud environments, handling onboarding, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Manage AWS infrastructure and AWS VDI environments, including patching, upgrades, and monitoring.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations, security, and performance tuning for FileCloud, AMANDA, and VDI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with security standards across cloud-based systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of FileCloud Administration experience.
• 5+ years of AWS Infrastructure and AWS VDI experience.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux Administration, including CLI proficiency.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, security, and distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AMANDA backup systems.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
