Description

You will manage and maintain ECM technologies through the full lifecycle of design, development, and administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer FileNet P8 environments and handle ongoing support tasks.
• Troubleshoot P8 technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the implementation, testing, and maintenance of ECM systems.
• Collaborate with clients and work across onsite and offshore models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on FileNet P8 Administration.
• Experience in ECM design, development, implementation, and testing.
• Proven ability to perform technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Experience working within team-oriented environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in production support roles.
