Description

You will manage and maintain the IBM FileNet P8 infrastructure and its core components.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade IBM FileNet P8 components including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine.
• Perform system monitoring, tuning, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure high availability.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Support FileNet integration with IBM Case Manager, Datacap, and WebSphere.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.x/4.x environments.
• Hands-on administration of FileNet Content Platform Engine (CPE), Process Engine, and Application Engine.
• Experience managing WebSphere Application Server.
• Proficiency with IBM Db2 or Oracle databases.
• Understanding of FileNet security, object stores, workflows, and metadata modeling.
• Scripting skills in Shell or Python for automation and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to support migration activities and version upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IBM Case Manager or Datacap.
