Description

You will lead development projects and provide L3 support for enterprise document management and content services applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation projects from feasibility and requirements definition through design, testing, and delivery.
• Provide L3 support for enterprise applications including IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, and Kofax Total Agility.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes for production environment issues.
• Manage patching and upgrading processes for FileNet environments.
• Tune databases and application servers to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience with IBM FileNet administration, development, and configuration.
• Deep working knowledge of IBM Case Manager, Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records.
• Hands-on experience with IBM BAW and Kofax Total Agility.
• Proficiency in developing applications using Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience managing application servers including WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux, Unix, and Windows server environments.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to use monitoring tools like Dynatrace and configure system alerts.
