Description

You will lead enterprise document management projects and provide L3 support for IBM FileNet and related content services applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation projects from requirements definition through design, testing, and delivery.
• Provide L3 support and root cause analysis for IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, and Kofax Total Agility.
• Manage patching, upgrading, and tuning of databases and application servers for optimal performance.
• Implement fixes for production environment issues and configure system alerts using monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience with IBM FileNet administration, development, and configuration.
• Deep working knowledge of IBM Case Manager, Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records.
• Hands-on experience with IBM BAW and Kofax Total Agility.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL application development.
• Experience managing WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat application servers.
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux, Unix, and Windows server environments.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to use monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
