Key Responsibilities:
⚙️ Platform Engineering & Development
✔ Work on IBM FileNet 5.x development, configuration, and administration
✔ Lead deployments, upgrades, patching, and production support
✔ Perform content mass updates using FileNet APIs
🔄 Automation & DevOps
✔ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
✔ Automate processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
✔ Work with tools like Ansible, Terraform (nice to have)
🛡 System Reliability & Support
✔ Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance
✔ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues
✔ Manage monitoring & alerting (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana)

🔗 Integration & Architecture
✔ Integrate with storage devices, APIs, and cloud platforms
✔ Work on microservices-based architectures & Active-Active systems
✔ Support cloud integrations and storage solutions
🤝 Leadership & Collaboration
✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
✔ Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and consultation
✔ Act as a gatekeeper for production deployments and governance

🛠 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 5+ years of IBM FileNet 5.x experience
✔ Expertise in:
🔹 FileNet administration, upgrades, patching & remediation
🔹 Content migration (FileNet Sweep, APIs)
🔹 Unix/Linux CLI commands
✔ Strong experience with:
🔸 Monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana)
🔸 Storage systems & integrations
🔸 Troubleshooting & production support
