Description

Own the development, configuration, and administration of IBM FileNet 5.x, ensuring high availability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments, upgrades, patching, and production support for IBM FileNet 5.x.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate processes to reduce manual effort.
• Perform content mass updates using FileNet APIs and manage content migration.
• Ensure system reliability by conducting root cause analysis for production issues.
• Integrate FileNet with storage devices, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IBM FileNet 5.x experience, including administration and remediation.
• Strong expertise in FileNet content migration and APIs.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux CLI commands.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of microservices-based architectures and API development.
• Familiarity with enterprise content management (ECM) concepts.
