Description

You will manage and maintain FileNet P8 infrastructure and ECM systems in Iselin, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer FileNet P8 (5.5.1+) object stores, document classes, and search templates.
• Design and implement high availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery for FileNet infrastructure.
• Monitor ECM system performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Act as a technical liaison between the FileNet team and integration services including REST, IIB, and APIc.
• Develop automation tools to increase productivity within the ECM area and provide on-call support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with FileNet P8.
• Hands-on experience with ECM infrastructure administration.
• Knowledge of REST Services.
• Experience with IIB.
• Experience with APIc.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects across multiple technical environments.
• Experience collaborating with offshore resource teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to provide weekend and off-hours coverage.
