Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise content management solutions using FileNet.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers on FileNet-based solutions.
• Architect scalable FileNet systems that adhere to technical best practices.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system integrity.
• Conduct code reviews and rigorous testing to ensure system performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on FileNet solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of FileNet P8 and Content Navigator.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• IBM FileNet certifications.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
