Description

Manage financial planning and analysis processes to support organizational decision-making. Own the execution of FP&A tasks using Oracle and Essbase while collaborating with functional areas across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Essbase.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including index/match, pivot tables, and multiple IF statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to project management methodologies.
