Description

You own the administration and support of core financial applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Oracle FCCS and EPRCS, including performance monitoring, data loads, security, and metadata.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation cycles by validating data and system calculations.
• Create, enhance, and manage reports and dashboards within EPRCS, partnering with Finance teams on design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coordinating with Oracle Support when necessary.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and deliver training on FCCS and EPRCS functionalities.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPRCS).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience managing metadata, data integrations, and business rules.
• Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot system and data issues.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Oracle EPM modules like EPBCS, ARCS, or PCMCS.
• Knowledge of Smart View, EPM Automate, and data management tools.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
