You will bridge the gap between finance operations and technical systems to drive business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project milestones and identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform system analysis and write detailed business and functional specifications.
• Execute business process reengineering and support the software development life cycle.
• Conduct data mapping and reconciliation to ensure financial data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to solve business problems by understanding the trade-offs and limitations of technology.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, financial reporting, or system integration.
• Background in FP&A, Accounting, Finance, or Transfer Pricing.
• Proficiency with BI solutions such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Qlik.
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in business transformation and project management.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
