Description

You will lead full lifecycle project implementations to optimize finance and accounting processes through data-driven solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex system analyses, feasibility studies, and implementation studies under minimal supervision.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing by developing test plans, executing test cases, and validating results.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria within agile frameworks.
• Oversee project plans to remediate control deficiencies and ensure preventative, detective, and corrective controls are documented.
• Provide training and support to finance and accounting users on newly developed systems and processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and data analysis.
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and ARC S applications.
• Expertise in data querying, reporting, forecasting, and operations research.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Azure ML, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, AWS, and Python.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data mapping, data integration, and data governance.
• Experience with standard ETL tools, techniques, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with significant business risk and impact.
• Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis and complex problem resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience serving as a change management lead by developing organizational assessments and implementation roadmaps.
