Description

You will manage the lifecycle of finance master data records, ensuring accuracy and governance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day master data tasks, including creating, updating, and correcting finance records.
• Build and maintain master data templates, files, and load sheets for system updates.
• Validate master data accuracy and completeness before submission or system load.
• Execute changes in compliance with governance policies and approval workflows.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and support recurring data reviews.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Systems, or Data Management.
• Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts (GL, cost centers, profit centers).
• Hands-on experience with data validation and reconciliation using Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined controls.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Data Management principles.
• Familiarity with Finance Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP FICO and Oracle Finance.
• Exposure to master data objects like chart of accounts or cost centers.
