Manage project plans and timelines for finance and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project plans by following up with team members to ensure prompt updates.
• Drive deliverables and timelines by holding stakeholders accountable and removing project barriers.
• Manage upward leadership communication and cross-team alignment through status reporting and Executive Steering Committee meetings.
• Develop data-backed metrics and use structured approaches to simplify complex problems.
• Host operational meetings to monitor tasks, track action items, and create process flows and narratives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience supporting finance and technology teams and projects.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet functionality.
• Strong change management and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Experience in status reporting and stakeholder management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Contract management or billing experience.
